New patients
If this is your first visit, you need to book in as a new Patient in order to allow enough time to take all the necessary details and a full medical history. If you haven’t been to All align for two years you will need to book in as a new patient due to the time required to assess you.

Follow up treatment
These are for people who have already completed a new patient examination and the appointment will be approximately 20 minutes.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to enable us to offer your appointment to someone else who may need it. Patients providing less than 24 hours notice or failure to turn up for a booked appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.

There is a cancellation fee of the full new patient appointment fee of £60 or the treatment fee if you have a follow up appointment if you have not given 48 hours notice. We understand that certain events occur, but please discuss this with Diane.

Please do not cancel appointments via email, but direct through Cliniko. If this is an issue or if you are having problems, then please leave a message on the telephone answer machine. Thank you

Health Insurance
Cover for chiropractic care varies between providers. Diane Chaplin is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is recognised by most health insurance companies. Please mention that you would like to use health insurance and check your policy on claiming for chiropractic expenses before making your initial appointment in order that you will be able to claim back the cost of your treatment. Diane does not work with all health insurance companies so it is important you understand what is required. Many insurance schemes will reimburse chiropractic fees. Some are ‘open access’ (no referral necessary) and others require either GP or consultant referral before your fees for chiropractic care can be claimed. We advise you contact your insurance provider before booking your appointment to get all the information you need.
